By accessing or using Cedarfield Mind & Money, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Educational Services Only

We provide educational programs in financial psychology. We do not provide investment, legal, tax, or therapeutic services. No outcomes are guaranteed.

Self-paced courses: refunds within 7 days if under 15% complete. Live cohorts: refunds until 48 hours before the first session. Certain promotions may be non-refundable and will be labeled accordingly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by Cedarfield Mind & Money or our licensors and protected by law. Licenses granted to you are personal, non-transferable, and revocable.

8. Certificates and CE

Certificates of completion may be issued. CE credits are offered only where explicitly indicated and subject to partner requirements.

9. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” without warranties. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 6 months prior to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Cedarfield Mind & Money harmless from claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material updates will be communicated via the site or email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
